EFY Las Vegas-July 27, 2008
Tiffany, Becca and Aubree getting dropped off at EFY Las Vegas.
This is my Boot Camp Group. We only have 2 more times. It has been really fun, even though it has been hard. We run in the sand, do the stairs and lots of other fun strength training in the sand. I hope to keep it up, and do another 6 weeks. We meet twice a week, at Knob Hill Beach.

Earlene is measuring Ashley's stomach to see how big she is. It was part of a game we played, everyone got a piece of string and guessed how many inches around she was by the length of their string. I think Alexia won that game.

Nathan and Amber came by to visit me today. Nathan was so excited to see one of the balloons I got he could not wait to touch the balloon. Then he wanted me to read him his favorite book. "Good Night Moon". He likes to speed read thru it sometimes. Loves the kitties and mouse in the story and makes noises.

Shelly's Royal Palms destination- 49th Birthday Celebration-July 25, 2008
For my birthday went to "Royal Palms", a beautiful place to have lunch with 3 of my daughters. It was a sunny day near the Ocean. Pretty nice. We had the best sandwiches from Busy Bee. Then went to the corner store for some of our favorite peruivan cookies. Too good!! Got take out for dinner and then Scott and I watched our P. S. I Love You movie we have had sitting on the shelve for over 2 months. I really liked it, so did Scott. Tuesday got to go out with some friends at P.F. Changs for lunch a little early Birthday celebration. I'm very blessed to have so many good friends. Thank you everyone for making my day special.....Not to mention hearing from all my Children....I love you all.
We also visited mom and dad and cheered my dad who is passing a kidney stone right now. Prayers requested for him right now. Wednesday he is going to have a procedure to shatter the stone. We are thinking of you dad/grandpa now. Get better soon!
Sharma came along to share our day of fun. We were suppose to walk at Trump Trails, I just got too tired. Next time we come out Sandi we will do it. Instead we visited Sandi and saw her lastest works of art she is working on.

Over joyed, just kidding, not feeling to good, I think this was on my birthday the day she started looking better. Poor Rachel!
She has had changes of color, we know she is healing.
Smiling dispite the swelling. She even got a black eye on the right side. We wanted to get this done early before Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is getting better each day.

The Young Men and Women from the California North Torrance Stake that graduated from 4 years of early morning seminary. This is quite an accomplishment while doing all the things to be done while attending High School.

We saw "Journey to the Center of the Earth"
We all liked it. I wasn't expecting much so I was happy with the adventure/corny love story! It is quite the little journey, but I wish we would have seen it in 3-D. Great family flick.

Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary Mom & Dad (a little early!)
Mom and Dad will Celebrate 50 years of marriage together on August 23rd. They didn't want a big party so....... We just celebrated a little early with our family since we had Ryan down visiting and we would not be able to be together in August. We had a great meal together and some cake too. Thanks Mom and Dad for being great examples of a great marriage team together forever.
As Dad and Mom cut the cake again, Dad said do I have to start over? Everyone one got a good laugh out of that remark. Another 5o years!

Uncle Bob Chase
Scott's favorite picture he took at the Chase Family Reunion of his Uncle Bob taking a picture of someone. I think it's pretty cute too. We had a great time at the Reunion. It was really fun to see everyone there. I wish I would have gotten a group picture. It was a little too hot and people were spread out all over the place. We had a great pool, game room, food and great company. See the whole gang in another 2 years. I took a lot of photos, so did Scott, here are just a few. We had our whole family except Ryan, we missed him, but will see him next weekend down here from Provo!
