Dad and Ryan in Maui Aug. 2006
Just like this photo of Ryan and Dad. Dad with his arms around Ryan out side of the Maui Ward! Dad was just called and ordained to be Stake Patriarch of the Palos Verdes stake. That was last sunday June 1, 2008. Pretty exciting. We were not able to attend because we had Rachel's YW Recognition. We had planned to go at 1:30pm but that was cancelled because President Lamb was delievering a baby at that time so it got done at a different time. Sandi and Matt got to go and said it was wonderful.

This is the Knob Hill Volleyball Ladies!
This is our group of Volleyball players, we all love to play beach Volleyball. We all have some skills. Get ready BEJING. Just kidding. We were celebrating Kim's birthday, we had chocolate walnut cake, strawberries and watermelon. It was quite the feast.

Happy 18th Birthday Rachel!!! You are Beautiful.
This was a total surprise for Rachel, a few friends came over close to midnight on May 3rd. She was already for bed when her friends came bearing gifts of cookies, balloons, 18 to be exact. That was a really nice surprise! Good job Shelby!
May 4, 2008 the real birthday, we had the family over for dessert.

Standing Tall, Look No Hands
Nathan is standing now with no help! He is taking a few steps. It won't be long now until he is running all over. Baby proof the home.

Here is Nathan sitting in front of the Tulips Becca and I planted awhile ago from bulbs. I remember looking at the blubs and thinking "will these really grow"? Rebecca promptly said "Have FAITH". I will always remember that now when I see one of my favorite flowers growing, Tulips.

Ryan Home!
Nathan and Ryan right before we had dinner with everyone except Kelly who is finishing up school in Provo. It was a nice day and we were outside on a blanket all together. It is fun having Ryan with us for the week. He is working hard up in Provo, living with Scott's cousin Dennis Stoutsenberger. Here are a couple of happy shots of Nathan eating dinner with us the next day for fhe. We had broccoli one of his favorites. He is pretty happy sitting in his big seat with everyone around him eating.
