Boot Camp at Knob Hill Beach- I finished the 1st session!
Matt, Nasrin, Somas, Lisa, Lily and Tom. We got to have fun while working hard in the sand and stairs. It was hard, but always felt good after the hour was up. Can you tell who the two trainers are in this photo?
